I do believe god is effective in my weight loss journey
I have just recently began using this product. I can’t say for sure that it is the reason for a couple pounds weight loss but I have definitely noticed it has curbed my appetite for sweets. Fingers crossed I will continue to slowly lose. I take 30 minutes before each meal.

Gives you extra energy while dieting

This is a great price for a great product. I have noticed that I don’t eat a lot, though I still get hungry I just have more control in my appetite. I take this 30 minutes before a meal and drink apple cider vinegar with stevia (no calories) and water during dinner. I also take the apple cider vinegar before breakfast and before lunch. I exercise about 4x a week. I take collagen with vitamin c and fish oil, vitamins I have lost approx 10 lbs in 12 days with a change to a low carb diet. I have a big goal to lose a lot of weight so I’m sticking to this :)
