Works exactly like the OEM charger
This charger works exactly like the original Dell charger, so based on initial usage, it justifies 5 stars. The only issue is that there is no way to know if it is really comparable to the Dell charger without waiting a year or so to see if it holds up under use. This is an issue with many product reviews; we are asked to rate the product immediately upon receipt (actually it is often BEFORE arrival), so it is not possible to do an accurate review. Nevertheless, so far, I am quite pleased. This after-market charger works perfectly for a small fraction of the cost for a Dell charger. I love Dell computers, but I would never pay Dell prices for replacement parts.

Great Replacement!
I accidentally broken my original Dell cord. I purchased this because I needed a replacement asap for work. It works like a charm! It is much more affordable, especially if I trip over and break my cord again!

Stopped working
Worked great for 2 months! Then stopped charging, it powers on but does not charge. Waste of money

Bargain price
Noticed my laptop wasn't charging and upon investigation found the center pin in the charging plug broke off. Found this seller online, and there price was alot less than the factory replacement. Shipping was fast and the charger is the same if not better than original.

It is VERY SLOW!
It charges my Dell laptop very, very slowlyAs a matter of fact its plugged in right now.I got a message saying "weak charging state, please check power charger"I purchased it as a back up charger as I move around. The slow pace and the consistent message are annoying.
