If you have iron sights or a forward mounted optic, this is probably good for you. I bought two of them, and I just can't mount them on my rifles. Its not the fault of the item. The optics I have are mounted where the device is designed to mount. So Im not going to give a bad review. You should study how it mounts before you make a decision. They're inexpensive enough I'll just keep them. Maybe I'll find a way to use them one day. I gave 4 stars because they look like they will work.

Works great, no issues, Good product and design.

To start with, this mount method is just so much better than the more common Velcro wrap!! I’ve used that type quite a bit and sometimes it is the only option you have to attach to a rifle. BUT this is just superior if you have the rail space option.Some assembly is required, but it’s pretty easy. It has an excellent adjustment range to suit a lot of possible mount situations. I guess if I had a complaint it’s that there are going to be times it would require more of a gooseneck mount to get out in front of some setups and it does wiggle a bit in the mount. Otherwise it’s just a great deal and I need more of the QD mounts.

A well made and effective product. Easily attaches to your pic rail to catch spent brass. I can't speak to every configuration, but it worked fine on several of my AR platform rifles with varying types of optics. Appears to be very versatile. A must have for re-loaders. For the price, get one for every firearm.
