They do the job!
The bookends are strong enough to hold - and prevent from slipping - a number of heavy folders on a top shelf.They are also lightweight, of an attractive design and don't scratch the surfaces on which they're placed, thanks to a layer of padding. An excellent purchase!

Sterdy book ends.
I bought these for my little girls bedroom so I could stack her books on top of an IKEA unit. Does a great job. They are very sterdy and do a good job at holding all the books, some of which are tall and heavy. It's a good alternative to a bookshelf. I find them easier to access
