For the first couple of uses I was able to reliably get weights of 0.1-0.4g easily.However after a week the lowest weight which would register was 0.5g For my use which is small quantities of preservative to be added to home brewed mead this means it's basically junk.

Good item fit for purpose

Product looks good and sturdy, great value. However the lid on the scales arrived cracked. It’s not affecting the use but may compromise its security in the case.

Weighing small items

I use this a lot more than I thought I would. I recently got myself organised to catalogue my coin collection and started buying new additions, in particular a lot of silver. I had not realised that there were so many fakes on the market and one of the key things a faker can't replicate is weight so this is what I check after the first inspection by eye. Very easy to use and very accurate. The good thing is that it fits in the pocket and is easy to carry around.

What can I say. It’s a set of scales that weighs things.
