These socks have been so great! I am 5'11', about 290 and sit all day at work. I have issues with my ankles swelling due to circulation issues while sitting at a desk all day. I would look like I had cankles after just a few hours. I have small feet, 6.5 and generally skinny ankles with fat calves. My doctor recommended compression socks. I looked at a lot of reviews for different large calf styles and settled on the Levsox. They have been just wonderful. I wear them to work every day now and most days have no swelling at all and if I do, it is so minimal. I ended up purchasing another set, I've been so happy. I bought the black/grey/white pack. They are so soft and comfy. I find them easy to put on. I just pull the sock onto my foot just before my heel and then grab the bunched up part with a hand on each side and pull them up, no problem. The length is perfect for my tall long legs. I usually have them on for about 12hrs a day and they do not fall or roll down. The compression feels gentle and comfortable. No pain, discomfort or tourniquet feel at all. From toes to just below the knee, they feel good. I have washed them with the rest of my clothes on cold and dry on low heat, with no issues. They look smaller after washing than when you first get them and you think, wow are those still going to fit, but they pull on and fit exactly the same as new. I highly recommend giving them a try. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I just wish they had 3 packs of white like they do the black. I prefer white socks. That being said, I am going to try their other ones that have the fun tye dye type colors just to see if they are as nice. They are not the exact same material so we shall see. Wish me luck, I'm hoping they are as great as these are.

I have been unlucky with compression socks. They were too tight and made me itchy. I gave these a chance and all I can say is THESE ARE AMAZING!! They are sooooo comfortable and fit me perfectly! (I bought XL and have shoe size 8. I do not have very large calves). They provide such a nice support and yet they don't feel like I am wearing compression socks. I could wear these literally every day, all day!Great quality, great material, beautiful colors that fit all type of clothes.

I like Levsox, they are much more affordable than other brands and offer the wide calf sizes. I have purchased 2 sets of the ones that have graphics for health care people. I first bought a size XL of those and the foot was big so I later ordered a size L and that worked fine. When I looked at these viscose ones the program selected XXL for me, which I thought was weird, but when I looked at the measurements for each size it appeared that would be the size for me so I ordered it. These are a thinner sock, which was what I was looking for for summer, and appear sturdy. The foot is smaller and fits me pretty well (size 8 shoe) plus the size of the calf is good for me. I wish manufacturers would be consistent in the sizes they sell, but that appears to be something that will not happen in my lifetime. These however do have a problem that I have with every compression sock I have ever had-- the top binds my leg, impairing the blood flow it is supposed to help, and they are too long for me. These are nicer wide tops and I had hoped they would not bind me, but they did, so I did what I do to every pair-- I cut off the tops. Since these were a different material from my previous Levsox I worried but they do just fine for me with this operation- they stay up and do not gouge me. So these are good compression socks for this compression level, the material is soft, they fit differently than others so pay attention to the measurements they provide, and they withstood my cutting the top band off. Recommend with these caveats.

These are excellent compression socks for daily use and I’m saying that as a person who ordinarily HATES compression socks. I have arthritis in my knees, ankles, feet, and hands. I like compression socks for the extra support and stability they give my feet and ankles but boy have I struggled in the past with trying to get them on my aching feet pulling mightily with my aching hands. These slide right on without any extraordinary struggle, yet provide a pleasing amount of compression and support. What especially helps is the sizing. I got the ones for wide calves and that makes all the difference. I’m very happy with them.

Love these Wide Calf Compression bamboo socks! I bought the 3XL in black, white & gray and am buying another package. They feel very soft and as comfortable as is possible for compression socks. Like others have stated, they do run long in foot and length but very doable( I’m 5’1” & 9.5 shoe) You do need to follow the instructions on how to put them on starting with the toes and foot before trying to pull them up. AND DO FOLD THE UPPER PART DOWN, NOT ROLLED. My legs are different size so I’ll get the next package in 4XL to make sets for each leg. If I’m wearing them all day, I do have to pull them down for a few minutes but that’s usually when I’m sitting a lot. They wash up nicely with delicate soap and never put them in the dryer. Great quality.

Bought 9 pairs of these (for use during pregnancy) about 3 months ago - already some have threadbare patches in the soles.I guess they will serve me until August when the baby is due but I doubt they’ll survive for baby number two.They fit well though, and are comfortable. I had tried 4 or 5 brands before settling on these. They might be good for less frequent use, for example if you’re only buying them for support while flying.

Some how I got charged for 2 orders of these socks, I kept them because I will use them but was shocked when 2 sets came in order. These appear to be too short in the leg but they do stretch well to cover my leg up to my knee. I do not have to tuen the band down at my knee. the socks stay up well. My leg measures 23" circumverance when I first get up of a morning. This is the size i use to order my socks.
