I ordered size XL for my 5.5kg Pomeranian - the costume itself fits him well BUT the tentacles aren’t scaled to the size. I’m pretty sure they’re the same length as size XS so they just hang on the side instead of touching the floor.

I loved it even though my dog did not lol. It looks exactly like the picture and it was easy to put on. I felt it was warm enough, especially on Halloween night but chihuahua are natural shivers. It fit true to size, it was made well and wasn't shabby. Definitely was a hit and we won second place at my job pet costume competition.

It fell over my dog's eyes constantly so we had to have it not on her head. Also .. octopi do not have noses. So... That's odd. It would have been great for half the price but $30+ it isn't worth the cost.

My boy weighs about 14lbs. It was a little snug around his chest but we made it work. The hat part was definitely way too big on him and would not stay put when we went trick or treating. It is all velcro snaps which was nice and it did not block his wee-wee area. Everyone loved his costume and I got so many compliments. Buy it, but take measurements of your pup first! You wont be disappointed!
