Epsom Salts 1 kg (Magnesium Sulphate Salt) Bath Salt

Found some of my chillis lacking magnesium so got this to help them and it sure does the job! Just add a little to the water and wait a few days! Other bonus if you have some old hard skin on your feet it does wonders in a foot bath! It’s like walking on air with refreshed new feet.

I used this Epsom salt for a liver cleanse. It is good to have it at home as a remedy for constipation and I also use it in the bath tub with the water when I take a bath! It has so many health benefits and it's really lovely!

Bought this to use for our 2 year old - after a recommendation from a sleep consultant. People don't often realise, but quite a few of use are deficient in Magnesium Sulphate. There are supplements that can be taken, but obviously the salts in our daughter's bath time are the preferred choice. Dosing children with supplements that aren't specifically made for toddlers/young children is never advised, because of the dosage amounts. Unfortunately when the bottle arrived it said that the salts shouldnt be used for children or pregnant women - I wish this was more explicitly explained on the Amazon listing itself. That being said, I think a lot of the precautions are exactly that - precautions. So the company can safeguard themselves, should anything happen. I did ask whether we can go ahead and use the salts, but haven't had a response yet.

Arrived next day of order, enjoying having them in a nice hot bath. You can actually feel them relaxing the muscles and easing all the aches and pains. Cant believe I've never used them before. Definitely value for money.

Ordered this for my wife, after she has been on long walks and exercising she was starting to get aches and pains the next day, the gym instructor recommended bathing in this afterwards and it certainly does the trick reduces tension and tiredness and her skin.

Great packaging, keeps them air tight neatly in the jar. Have tried these a couple of times and feel better after a bath. Not sure of long term relief but works fine right after the bath.

Purchased to use as a foot bath for our Boxer Dog who has interdigitial cysts, using only twice the cysts began to heal and shrink, paws must be dried well after soaking, however, very pleased with results and dog has stopped licking now.
