NONI IS A DIAMOND SUPERFOOD FOR ME
Noni is a diamond superfood for me according to my SWAMI GenoType3 which incorporates my Opus 23. Noni is high in antioxidants like anthocyanins and flavonoids. It supports immune function, reduces inflammation, improves joint health, aids in weight management, and enhances cardiovascular health by reducing oxidative stress and lowering blood lipids.

Noni
I’ve never seen red no I before, doesn’t taste like Noni either. I’m going to stop buying things for the body on Amazon too scary / only reason I gave it a star was because I had to

Pleasant taste
I am pleasantly surprised by the taste of this as I bought it on recommendation of a friend in order to try to tackle my cholestoral levels - I haven't retested yet but I am taking a measure each day with water and will report back if my numbers improve (alongside a balanced healthy diet) and a salt reduced diet.
