I recently purchased the Ab Stimulator Belt, and I immediately tried it out and I have to say it exceeded my expectations. The fact that this product is FDA approved gives me confidence in its safety and effectiveness. EMS technology provides a targeted and intense abdominal workout, making it a valuable addition to my fitness routine. User-friendly, comfortable, and suitable for both men and women. I noticed improvements in muscle tone after consistent use, and I appreciated the convenience of being able to use it at home. I’ve had two units (also forgot to return the original one), so charged twice (that’s my own fault and not reflected in this review).Both units have experienced the same fate, on starting usage after maybe 5-6 uses, there’s a strong pulse and then it just stops working. Charging doesn’t work and now the pulses are really light or non existent. I’d recommend something else or just doing an exercises tbh.

It didn’t take long at all to get use to using this! It’s been my favorite stimulation belt so far and I’ve tried a few. Super easy to use and performs well! I’d say the battery life is good as it’s been working since I got it! 👍. Is it a good value, I hear you say??? For me, absolutely! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

Quality of product is not as good as I hoped for the price. Stimulator isn’t as functional as other products. 7/10

This is one of my absolute favorite belts. With this model, there are no gel pads to replace. You can simply soak the skin surface in water, or apply electrode gel, which makes it unique (other models require regular gel pad replacement which can get costly.)The model itself is fairly slim in profile, allowing me to keep it on at the office, or sit comfortably at home. When cranked to the max setting, the contractions are pretty intense. There are several programs to choose from, all easy to swap.In regard to efficacy, it certainly helps before and after workouts in hardening the muscles and relieving post workout cramps and aches. I strongly recommend this for anyone looking for a great supplementary tool in ab sculpting.

I’ve had 2 of these with the exact same outcome: Worked great for 2 sessions, then when powered on for the 3rd session it shocked me very hard and quit working. 2 sessions out of 2 belts. Not worth it, take your money elsewhere. My first return hasn’t even been fully processed before I had to start a return for the second.

After trying three other brands and varieties of the electrical pulse ab toner in the past 2 years, I decided to try this product because it did not have those P-I-T-A gel packs. I can't rate the product on its effectiveness--I wasn't consistent enough with my use during the 3 1/2 months I owned it. It has good points: ease of application and use, a very comfortable fit, and a long-lasting battery. But it burned out after 15 weeks, during which I used it for about an hour per day, three days per week. Also, the Velcro that holds the belt in place began to lose its traction after 2+ months, making the unit feel less effective due to a lack of tightness when it was worn.As noted earlier, this is actually the fourth brand of this type of device that I've purchased, and this one had the worst longevity. There's also a nit pick: You can't get the arm band and waist/ab product as one package; you have to buy them separately. This put the overall price at close to $250 when you add tax. The other ones I tried were combos at less than $100. (One was actually exceptional, but is no longer being manufactured.)The good news is that the customer service appears to be very prompt. One day after inquiring about the product warranty (1 year), they responded and are sending a new one. So, I'm giving three stars and willing to try it again.

I personally was able to use it at it's highest level my abs are pretty strong, I can do a hundred setups if I want on a bench doing full setups not crunches, anyway with the belt as high as you can get it without bringing the electronic pads past my rib cage at the top it is most intense, Belt at center is not as intense, and belt as low as you can go at the bottom of the abs area is the least intense, I used mode three for abs workout set at the highest setting of +15, the machine shuts itself off after 15 minutes or so, It will open your eyes when the belt is at the highest body position and it gets to the part where it taps rapidly 6 or 8 times then stops for a few seconds then hits hard and draws steady for a while then rinses and repeats
