Master Mechanic 176540 Grind WHL Bushing Kit

Need the 1/2" size for my 1/2" ID for 1/2" OD shaft on my small grinder. These are used for shims and/or "wobble preventers" on grinders. My 1/2" size (1 on each side of my 1/2" OD arbor grinding wheel) prevents , inserted 1 on each side of the ID hole on the grinding wheel, "wobble" while in-use. This pack also includes a pair of inserts for 5/8" and one pair for 3/4".

Does the job perfectly. I had purchased a new wheel for one of my bench grinders but misplaced the inserts to make it fit. This did the job perfectly and was a very cost-effective solution.

Good to have when a small grinder is called upon to do a big job.

This was one of 3 types of plastic bushings I tried and the only ones that fit together snugly without gaps or burs that created wobble.Instead of fitting all the way through the wheel they kind of hold on either side which was weird at first and makes the initial fit a bit tricky but seemed more effective than all the others I've tried.

Cost effective nylon inserts with good tolerance. Better then the garbage included w Norton Wheels.

I bought some buffing pads from harbor freight and it has a 1inch arbor and it was a pain centering them with the supplied washers so I decided to get these and they worked perfectly!

Fits good . Used for center of grinding wheel for bench grinder
