I have tried to heal my leaky gut for 8 years and this is by far the most economical way. l-glutamine works for a lot of people but it just aggravates me. I did 6 caps of Seacure 3x a day for 3 weeks and then reduced to 6 caps 2x a day for the last 2 weeks, (I've been on it 5 weeks total so far). I feel like a new person. My stomach doesn't hurt, I don't have gas, my food sensitivities are decreasing, and I have SO much energy. I feel like a new person! (I realize that I said that already, but it's worth repeating!) Not sure what I would do without it. Felt it working after just 3 days, couldn't believe it. If you have any digestive issues, give this a try. My body just doesn't assimilate food well, and digestive enzymes never really did a whole lot, but the Seacure, I could feel my body absorbing it pretty much right away.
