Would have given it zero stars, if possible. Did not help with weight loss, reduced appetite, increased energy…absolutely nothing! They do taste good, but way too much money wasted on a product that did not do anything it was advertised to do. Would have sent back for a refund, but just missed the return window. Not happy at all. Don’t get your hope up.

Also listed is Pomegranate Fruit Juice Powder (which contains sugar) and Beet Juice Root Powder (also contains sugar).Now there are different version of KETO lifestyle that people participate in, such as Speed Keto, Keto, Dirty Keto and Lazy Keto. Maybe a version of KETO that is more lax will let you consume this supplements without feeling guilty. But that doesn't take away from the fact that there is still sugar in these.For those of you that think you can take this supplement and the weight is miraculously going to come off, you are wrong. We do not have miracle drugs as of yet. If we did, we would all look perfectly in shape.I no longer follow the KETO diet as strictly as I could, but I do cut out white sugars and definitely watch my carb intake. I do take these supplements and find that they help regulate my bathroom habits and keep me regular. And since internally I am working correctly, I feel that is also a help to losing weight.But I do exercise regularly, 15,000 steps a day 6 days a week and 3 days a week of light weights. 1 day a week of rest. That exercise program definitely has a lot to do with the weight loss and not just the ACV gummies. It has taken me almost 2 years to lose 130 pounds, and at no time do I give any credit to this supplement doing the work for me. As a matter of fact, after getting hurt and had to stop exercising for almost a month, I did gain weight just from being more sedentary, even though I was still taking the KETO gummies.I can say that I do like the texture of these gummies, they are not grainy at all, and there is no chemical smell. The taste is pleasant and does not leave an aftertaste.The bottles are well sealed, neck safety ring and seal over the opening. The bottom of the bottles give you the lot # and also the expiration date. This particular bottle expires in 05/25.So work out, eat healthy, and take these supplements if you feel they will fit into your KETO lifestyle. Just know they are not a miracle solution and they do have numerous types sugar in them.

These did not work used both bottles didn’t loose anything

I know I can't be the only person that was curious on how these would treat l taste. Then I got really nervous after smelling inside the bottle. Holy vinegar. When i finally got the nerve to try one, all the worries went away. They taste amazing! It's hard to only have 2 a day. Aside from that, I have notice more energy at times of the day that where I'm usually getting sluggish. As for weight loss... we shall see.

These are great ACV gummies. With 1,000 mcg per serving, ang 80 mcg of beet powder and pomegranate juice, they have exactly the same key ingredients as similar products. What they don't have is all the added sugar and salt, and they're made in the U.S. where quality control us theoretically better. They have a good, smooth texture, and the flavor is mild. They did initially gave a super strong vinegar smell when I opened the bottle, but this faded quickly. I take ACV to help manage my blood glucose. I can't say I've ever noticed weight loss, increased energy or improved digestion, but these also aren't goals that I've had, so who knows! I will say, the price of $25/months supply seems a little high for a standard ACV blend, but not outrageous. Overall, no complaints...

I have been taking 2 tablets as noted on bottle every day for 3 weeks. So far I have not lost an ounce or lb. I will let you know in a month if I loose anything. Questioning the results if this product.

I like the flavor of these gummies. I had no adverse reaction to them. Will definitely recommend these.

Not sure where did anything. I felt not immediate effects. After finishing both bottles I saw no linger term benefits. It might work for others though. It's also pricey for no results. They do taste good and had good texture.
