I am new to baking sourdough bread. I purchased this set because it had everything I needed. I used then a couple of times and found the Banneton to be well make and sturdy. The liners are easy to care for. I washed them before use in cold water and hung to dry. No shrinkage. The tools are very good. Comes with a nice dough scraper. The Lame comes with extra blades and the pastry brush is better than the ones I had. It's all one piece so it makes it easy to clean. The stencils are a nice addition to the set. There are quite a few to choose from. I am glad I purchased this set. I hope to find the same brand in a larger size to purchase in the future.

This product specifically states it’s splinter free, that is not true at all. Both proofing bowls are full of them and you can see nails all over within. Very low quality and very disappointing.
