These are "one size fits most". I'm not sure about that, but they are quite tight on my size 7/7.5 woman's foot. I can only wear it about 4 hours max before I HAVE to take it off to give my foot a break. Then I put it back on for a few more hours. It SEEMS to be helping. The arthritis pain on the top of foot caused by a stress fracture which led to arthritis over a dozen years ago, isn't as bad. My podiatrist told me to keep arch supports in my shoes to relieve that pain. So, I'm not giving up just yet.

I have a nerve problem on one foot and if I leave the support on after a few hours, it gets very warm and it hurts.

I returned these as I couldn’t get one on my foot. I realize they are intended to keep the arch tight, But I no doubtedly would have stopped circulation had I managed to get them on. Skeptical of this as a easy fix, as it appears to simply be a thick elastic band that could help with support but end up annoying my feet all day.

I use under socks to help foot issues and arches. its well made to help relief.

Good support, but it can get to tight and hurt. I like the product, but I have to watch how much I wear them. If I wear them too long, my feet hurt worse. I need to balance how much I wear them. On the plus side they are easy to use.
