CSLU 11pcs Stone Carving Tool Chisels/Knife Set Kit Mn Alloy Steel

I used epoxy wood filler to fill in missing frame pieces on my mirror and the both ball and claws on my Chippendale chair where my dog from 30 yrs ago thought my chair legs was a chew toy the only part he didn't chew was one back claw on one leg... the balls were 2/3 gone one foot had no detail I was heart broken for decades. The steps I took was using expoxy wood filler for added strength and carvability. I was able to carve details using this carving set. This set worked for me 3 yrs ago when I purchased this set and today 2/03/21. This Carving set is perfect for my needs. I would recommend this set to anyone who needs to do detail work.

When it arrived there were a couple of issues, one of the chisels was protruding through a hole in the roll pouch and the windings on one chisel was unraveling. Otherwise everything fine. I'm not a stone cutter, I got these to assist with my hammer drill. I repaired the pouch and the winding is no problem to fix but it looks like the pouch will need repair with time. You might want to get a leather replacement.

i've had these about a month now, I carve soapstone and these work great , no issues or complaints.

nice small blades for small stonework, the wrap seems to help with gripping and shock thus far

A little thinner than I expected

Way smaller than expected. They bend easily.

These are not capable of use with stone.
