a little slippery but overall good!
I love this disk mostly because it's so easy to go up on, though it's slippery on wooden or tile floor. I suggest a small towel underneath

Very nice board for practice!
The turning board arrived very quickly in a nice carrying bag for it. I have used it a few times now and it feels very smooth and durable for practice. Recommend this solid good buy!

Bends a little
for me the board bends a little too much, but the padding on it is very nice, the width and length is a little shorter than i would like but for the price it is nice. i tend to put my weight into my heel while using it so i would recommend using if you have a little more experience.

Using for ice skating
I am using this tool for practicing 3 turns off the ice. I needed to improve my balance on one foot. I have use this in vinyl floor and carpet without issues.

Works decently on carpet
I got this turning disc for my daughter to use to work on body positioning off ice for to help improve her spins for figure skating. The disc reminds me of one of those moving men furniture sliders. It moves well on carpet, but I find that she can't get more than two rotations using this disc. As an inexpensive turning/spinning aid it seems to work well. I think it's probably best suited to dance.
