Aside from looking ridiculous, it's great so far. Worth the money. Didn't break the bank. Very easy to use. Felt as if I had actually stretched my spine. Eased my neck pain. Let's see if it keeps its 5 stars.

I so desperately need the relief this thing promised - I even paid for overnight delivery. Unfortunately, it did nothing. When inflating at first, it just kept rising straight up past my ears - it didn’t lift my head/neck at all. So I decided to make the straps tighter to ensure it got under my jaw and lifted - but that only thoroughly choked me as the top strap dug into my throat while inflating.

I have poor posture which can result in significant neck pain by the end of a day of staring at a computer. The neck pain impacted my ability to sleep at night and in general affected my quality of life. Potential treatments seemed to be pain killers or surgery. Then I found this device, which has been life-changing. Dramatically reduces my neck pain and enables me to sleep. I cannot say enough good things about this product; it is worth many times its price.

I’m not the biggest guy ever but my neck is large. When I inflated this, I could barely breath even when I moved the Velcro around

I decided I would have to depend on someone being home to try an inversion table, & don't want to do that. This looked like a safe way to try to ease a little pressure on my neck. It isn't life changing, but early in the day when I do my PT & before bedtime it does seem to help. I bought 1 as a gift for a friend with aging neck issues & will see if it helps her.

bought this by suggestion of a friend and was so thrilled to feel instant pain and pressure relief! The second time I used it, I could hear air escaping and there was an air leak I couldn’t resolve as it seemed to be between the seams of the two lower cushion levels

Another great idea. The hand pump makes it easily adjustable. Note that one must simply sit and relax, maybe watch TV, otherwise it doesn't work. Purpose is to relieve pressure and relax muscles (for about 20-30 mins). Can pack easily.

I really like this. But it keeps deflating on me and I can’t find a hole. I think I’m doing something wrong maybe? Does it need to be this hard to use? Lol
