This worked out great. My son and his friend did a magic act at school and it can be done alone or with an assistant. Was big enough to be seen on stage and was very easy to learn. Please watch that the foam bits on the bigger tube are secure. Ours came undone but was easily reattached with a glue dot.

The foam tabs that make the trick work were too small and fell off right away. I thought they’d be metal. Also, usually there’s a joker box to go with it that makes the trick. Otherwise it’s just a tube to change colors the same way.

Came with no instruction and the sponges to hold the balls in place were not attached. Little disappointing.

For the price, this is a great little effect. Some of the foam bits inside came off during shipping, but they are easy enough to reattach. It's a fairly fragile piece so you'll have to pack it carefully because the clear plastic tube won't take much abuse and the balls will cave in with pressure, however, the fact that this is about a fourth the price of the expensive models makes it a selling point. If you just want to try this out to see if you'd like to add it to your act, or if you just need it for one show, it works fine.

Definitely a cheaper version than the ones we used to sell at the magic shop. Then again, you get what you pay for.

Only came with three balls...without the extra red ball, you can’t do the trick...and the balls have to be identical so you can’t substitute .
