Great project!
This was a super fun Christmas project! I have done one of these projects before (the greenhouse one) so I knew what I was getting in into. It took me about 3 weeks to make by working on it anywhere from 2-6 hours a day.I really liked making the whole house, it was a great variety of creating the small details and putting the whole house together. I really enjoyed the electrical too, it was so easy and makes the whole house look that much more impressive. My first complaint is the glue wasn't included. Secondly I was disappointed that all the paper was glossy and didn't always look good when glued onto the wood pieces. The other kit I made had nice textured and matte paper that looks so much better. I will say that the instructions are badly translated, but as a visual person I relied mostly on the many pictures anyway. The two most difficult parts were the slippers in the bedroom and the light over the bathtub. The slippers were difficult cause the fabric was prone to fraying and they are incredibly tiny to put together. The bathroom light was also very tiny, difficult to put together, and glue to the wall. The instructions tell you to cut one of the plastic beads in half, which is near impossible. It took about 15 minutes of sawing with an exacto knife, then splitting with 2 pairs of pliers. This kit didn't include tools to put things together. I would recommend a good clear drying glue, needle nose pliers, fabric scissors, fabric tape (glue did not work for the furniture), and one of those scrapbooking paper cutters. The best part with these projects is you don't have to do everything the instructions say and you can make it your own. The light over the bathtub you can barely see, so why bother including it? Nobody is going to know if you skipped a step or not, so you might as well enjoy the process. It is an incredibly detailed project and can be very frustrating at times, but the final product is so rewarding!

Very cute mini, needs many adjustments
NOT FOR BEGINNERS! Im speaking about the camper van mini. Many pieces don't fit properly, including the windows. I needed to shave them down quite a bit to fit. It also needs a base for it to sit on, as it doesn't come with that, or a dust cover, and there's no option to buy one here. Despite the flaws, it's manageable for those familiar with making minis and is VERY cute! Have fun! 😏
