This product is not as advertised. It’s supposed to be 5mm thick, but in reality the placemats are a flimsy 3mm thickness. Additionally and less important, but still not as advertised, the placemats are supposed to be 44cm x 30cm but are in fact 43cm x 29cm.

These thick and semi-rigid placemats, coasters, and cutlery pouches are perfect for bring order to your table setting and protecting surfaces from liquids. The coasters will absorb condensation from cold glasses without sticking to the bottom of the glass. A little pricey but well worth it.

I ordered this YANGHX felt placemat and cover set to complement a new tablecloth.Our existing sets were getting tired and didn't look very good quality by comparison.The product includes 4 placements, 4 coasters and 4 cutlery set holders.I must admit to never having cutlery set holders before, so this looks quite nice when you've got guests.It's a clean and professional looking set in slate grey with a brown/ leather effect badge on each placemat.I've decided not to use it for everyday use, as we have a 4.5 year old and they may easily get dirty.I'm not sure how well they clean long-term, but I managed to wipe a few immediate marks off with a simple damp cloth and a very small amount of washing up liquid.It's a great quality set and should last for a long time if cleaned and stored with care.

This placemat set is fairly simple. You get 4 x placemat, coaster and cutlery mats made from a felt like material.I was expecting these to be a little thicker and sturdier, however, they do the job well. The cutlery set it more like a pocket where you can tuck cutlery into, with the coaster and placemat being a single piece of material.Like other reviews, I agree the placemats are quite big, almost double the size they need to be. Not really an issue unless you have limited space.You can rinse these under water, but with food stains you have to scrub them out. This is fine, but I feel like this may reduce the quality over time.The only thing I don't like is that they come with a small brown leather tag on the placemats. It is simply for design, but think this ruins it slightly.Overall, a good value placemat option
