When I received the mug, the packaging was not damaged but the handle was broken.
Really loved the mug but I received it broken and had to return it. The handle was broken in 5 different places but the packaging was not damaged. It was supposed to be a gift for my sister-in-law, thankfully I had another gift for her or I would have had to run out last minute to pick some random thing up for Christmas.
