サイズ比較右下にあるカプセルがベータアラニン、左のクレアチニンと同等サイズ、上にあるEPA、カフェインよりは大きめ効果1日4カプセルを6週間〜12週間ほどのローディング期間が必要らしいので、実感できるのは使い切った後くらいになりそう毎食後と運動後に1カプセルずつ分けて摂取しているので、ピリピリするようなフラッシュは感じていません。気が向いたら2,3ヶ月後あたりに追記します。

カプセルとても大きいです。比較の為にもいつも飲むサプリと写しました。一番大きいものが本品ですこれを4ヶですから飲みづらいです。

Suffered from this condition since I was a kid . Now In my late 20s I took it before showering and didn’t have my usual itching! I still took a Benadryl few minutes after my shower just incase but it did make me a little itchy but not my usual type it was more of a prickly tingling itch which is way better than that uncomfortable itching I get without the beta alanine !
