I was not expecting all of the features of this lock and handle and I love it. It was easy to install. We had some issues with the programming but finally realized the area where the deadbolt goes was not deep enough so the lock was not fully locking. You can program a code and finger print for several users. There is also a key you can use and a key card. It took us awhile to figure out how to use the key. Lock looks great and functions amazingly. Had some questions for customer service and they have been very helpful and responsive. We love it.

I love this thing, we’ve had it for a while but just got it installed today, it was easy enough to install but our last handle was similar so the holes where already in place. Quality seems great and it’s a nice looking handle. Pretty easy to program as well, I like that it has several options to lock and unlock, the fob, the keys, finger prints and PIN code. So far it’s working as it should be.

The lock itself is great. The setup was easy, the chip reader works great. The fingerprint is great. The battery is phenomenal. I have not had to change the battery even after 6 months of heavy useBut there are few minor details to worry about. They are not biggie but always should be mentioned.1. Be careful where you drill. The handle is a little smaller than average lock.2. The lock doesn't always close automatically. You always have to check just in case it doesn't lock by itself after 30 sec.3. The voice saying "welcome in" sounds like she is saying "call covid".

Great at first, now not working right less than 1 year in. It beeps all day long as though someone is trying to type in a code to get in. It scares all of us every time it goes off. Dogs bark, toddlers freak. Very annoying. Cant contact customer support either as i guess its been too long. Waste of $.

Great for the price! It looks great and works great. It can scan your fingerprint, password or use the the card it comes with. It also comes with a set of keys as well.

Very pleasant to the eye, nice upgrade as far as looks.Although for the durability and longevity I had to give less stars. The button on the handle works sometimes and sometimes very difficult.Not easy to open for kidsThe fingerprint works after a few times, even with programming it with the fingers positioned multiple ways. Everyone in the house created 2-3 different access logins and number code which works everytime.The circle door handles have a lot of movement. Feels cheap

I just got my second one installed, and I’m probably going to order more for my other doors too. I was very impressed with quality, look, and very easy to change out. Recommend if you are updating hardware, and like me and don’t want another app for a gadget to manage.
