Quick delivery, big box, well packed. About an hour to get out, unwrap and put together . Quite heavy really. Easy to push along. Normal pedalling is sasy enough, better with pedal assist mode and full throttle. Controls easy enough and you can synchronise to your requirements on the digital display. You have to read the idiots guide to get into all features, theres loads of them.I found it a bit awkward to fold away and put in the car, watch your fingers, but practice may help.All in all, nice to ride.I like the added feature on the pedals, if you fall off they fold over instead of snapping off.

What can I say one of the best E bikes I've ever had ,the first one I order went missing contacted the seller and with in a few days a new one was sent out now that's what I call very good service would have no problem ordering anything from this company the bike it self is a lovely to ride the seat is comfortable and you don't have to peddle the bike if you don't want to the speed is traffic just twist and go and as for the price of the bike I think it's very reasonable for what you are getting

Had a small fault on the electrics spoke to their engineer the other side of the world part in post fed all done within four days I can only give them 100% better service than you would get in the UK

This bike ticks all the boxes, easy comfort ride. For tall or short people. Easy to put together. Quick pull off. Can’t wait to try it out down the beach

Had the bike about 2 weeks very happy with it so far. Plenty of power and nice twist throttle. Lots of videos on the internet and comes with computer display manual. You can adjust the settings to your needs. Good LED lights including a back brake light. You can adjust brightness settings and change the speedo from kph default to MPH all in the settings. Read the manual. Im 16 stone 6 feet tall and don't look out of place riding this bike. Easy to assemble. The brakes needed setting up on mine.I would of liked hydraulic brakes,not sure if i can get a conversion kit. ?Can be a bit of lag when pulling off before the motor kicks in but you get use to it and thats what the throttle is for.Only giving 4 stars because i would like hydraulic brakes. Disc mechanical are good enough hydraulic would be better and 5 *********.Enjoying the bike would recommend to friends, its a head turner. I love riding it.
