OK, admittedly, I have not used this unit a ton of times. So, in terms of lasting quality, I cannot comment. However, the first impression is very good. I ordered this to do face pulls without fussing around with 2 shorter units. The overall length of this rope is good for me and I'm about 5'11" tall. Seems to be made of sturdy materials and the metal connector also seems to be good. Again, I bought this for face pulls, so not gonna be loading with 150lbs, lol.

I got this so I could do cable face pulls without having to use up 2 normal length ropes at the gym. I've only used it a couple times so far, so I can't comment on how well it holds up, but it feels sturdy!

The extra length of the rope is great for rows and face pull exercises because it allows you to get a much deeper pull, which allows you to target and isolate the muscle exercised more fully. Very durable and easy to grip. Reasonably priced and a good value.

I really, really like this extra-long rope for doing face pulls. I have a regular length that felt a bit to close when doing face pulls. It works great for tricep push downs and overhead tricep extensions, but this long one is much more comfortable for face pulls. The rope ends are large and comfortable, though you might want to add a bit of padding if your thumb knuckles are big; they can rub a bit uncomfortably on the rope end. Highly recommended!

I read all the one star reviews about how this thing is much shorter than the 55 inches advertised and how this represents false advertising and how it would not work for face pulls, etc. , so I was curious to see what would arrive. Turns out it IS a little short but not by much. I measure 48 inches of rope between the junction with the ball ends and 52 inches overall: long enough for face pulls and probably not a significant error. Otherwise works great, 1 star off because it actually is a wee bit shorter than they claim.

It's a long tricep rope. Perfect for face pulls and tricep extensions and many other exercises. Seems very high quality to me, the only improvement I can think of would be a braided, instead of wound rope (but I've never even seen a braided one before, they might not exist). Overall, 100% satisfied after a month of use. Very durable.

Guter Grip

The extra length of the rope means you can perform certain exercises (e.g. tricep rockers) with greater ease as the hands can be extended back, beyond the body allowing for a better range of motion and facilitates that little extra contraction at the end range. Be warned, however, you will need to step further from the cable machine and that might get in the way of other users etc. Sturdy, well-made and should last a lifetime.
