The media could not be loaded.  I purchased the linen white Roman shade with valance, external mount. Be sure to follow measurement guide when ordering and triple check your measurements before purchasing. I found I had made an error so was glad to have caught in advance.Wasn't too difficult to mount (external). When I initially saw the fabric, there were just slight imperfections though easy to fix (a minor snag and pilling in one spot, cleaned up nice. Once installed, the tops of the brackets were showing so adjusted the velcro strip from the valance and that resolved the issue. The shades adjust up and down smoothly. The fabric is of nice quality - no sheen, true to linen as expected and soft. I hardly ever write reviews but since this was a significant purchase and I'm genuinely pleased with this product and faster than expected TAT wanted to give some praise. I had also compared to other products, taking a chance on this one and would highly recommend if this is what you're looking for.

At first I received a shade that I custom ordered. It was broken. We couldn’t pull the shade down or retract it. We ended up breaking some of the fabric trying to get it to work. Still wouldn’t work so we contacted the company. They gave me no hassle whatsoever and sent me another custom shade. They even sent another color that I requested because the initial shade color was not as expected.The replacement shade works perfect and it is beautiful! I’m very happy with the color.This is the best company to order from. The price is well worth it!

I really enjoy these Roman shades. The seller was very helpful in picking the fabric, as well as the Sheerness for my application. They’re very well-made. Easy to install. Function very well.

I have very long short windows so had to customize the size. The company texted me to verify my order. I actually changed the color I wanted and was able to communicate easily with them. The shade was a perfect fit and it was easy to install!

Excellent product and excellent communication with the seller. The only problem I had was with DHL. My item was shipped using them and they transferred the item to usps but did not put my complete address on the label so the post office was about to return it to the seller. This was not the sellers problem and the problem with the shipper.

I ordered the beige white because I liked the look of the texture and that it was black out. Unfortunately, the product color is more of a yellow and gold toned look with shinney fabric not at all like what is pictured. They are not black out at all, but let in a lot of light and you can see through the fabric. They were easy to install and work effortlessly. I will be replacing them but obviously can't get a refund- so an expensive error.

Absolutely Perfect for us! The shades were perfect size and the Quality is Top of the line. The room Darkening is just right. They have the ease in lifting up and pulling down. They were very easy to put up also.

the seller communicated via text which was very convenient. they shipped in a reasonable time frame and they packed it very well. it was easy for me to install but i am very handy. it came with good instructions with plenty of brackets and screws. i was very careful to measure...which i did several times to be sure. my window is very large and other companies wanted more money than i was willing to spend. i took a chance and they did a beautiful job.
