Generic 'Billy Bass Singing Fish Wall Mount Plaque', SS5600

Got it as a gift for finish enthusiast. Looks good quality and music sounds quite good.

It’s a singing fish.

Not as good as the original but is a fun item

First off, this only sings one song: a funny fish version of "I will survive". If you love a moving, singing fish, this may be enough for you. But if you know the original Billy Bass, it falls short. Not only did it have two, IMO better songs ("Don't worry, be happy" and "Take me to the river"), it sang each in different pitches. It also looked and felt way more "realistic". This new version is just a cheap plastic. The fish and plaque itself are also significantly smaller. My advice it to buy the original, which I LOVE, if you can find it instead.

This product starting burning, with smoke coming from the motor.This item is NOT SAFE.

Looks great on the wall of my garden bar but it's operation is sporadic. Sometimes it works, some time it doesn't but when it does, the mouth only moves half the time and you have to press the button several times to get it to go through it full routine. I have changes the batties twice also trying to get it to work.

Really disappointed, it stopped working after a day of very light use. It stops singing, the movement is slow. Sometimes it just doesn’t work at all even with new batteries.
