My wife loves her new bike. Wasn’t hard to assemble.

I got this bike for my daughter Birthday she loves it!!! It was easy to put together too!!

This is a very good bicycle. Although I bought it wrong, I was deeply attracted by the product. The quality is very good, and the price is definitely a bargain! The color is very positive, the packaging is very good, and the installation is very simple. Generally speaking, it is a very satisfactory product!

Was pretty excited but unfortunately I received mismatched parts and 1 wheel guard was also damaged (I'm assuming this was a returned shipment). The customer service was very quick and offered a few different solutions. I decided to ask for a refund, simply because I don't want to wait for another bike. Shipping fiasco aside, the quality of the bike was good and this definitely could be a great bike.

Had it since a week after Christmas and came scratched up. Now the wheels are warped. My daughter only weighs about 70 lbs and has only ridden it a handful of times. Just cheaply made and not worth the money

This review is more for the customer service I received when the bike arrived damage due to delivery mishandling. The rear wheel was bent beyond repair and there were additional bends throughout the bike frame so we decided to shop locally instead. When working with the customer service team they were willing to compromise and eventually offered a full refund. I'm sure the bike would of been great as the frame seemed sturdy enough for a cruiser; however, shipping just didn't make that possible.

The bike is beautiful, same colour as was was advertised when purchased :)The basket for the bike I received was damaged during shipping, when I reached out to them they offered to send a replacement right away.Customer service was great, very responsive and friendly.

Such a cute looking bike, who would ever guess a bike would come so impossible to peddle?! It’s like riding up a 90 degree incline but you’re on a flat surface. Can’t return it either so save your money and find a cute bike that some one can actually use.
