I don't just use it for my yoga, I also like to sit on it and while working on my laptop (with a small floor table) or meditate on it, it's so comfortable!

I fell into the Popflex hype and wanted to try these mats out. The mat is way lighter than I expected, and is basically a piece of very expensive foam. It’s not terrible which is why I’ll keep it as it’s not worth my time to return it but I am disappointed. I was expecting a heavy weight high quality mat, and got foam.Edit: I have to admit after using this mat a few times that I was completely wrong. This mat may feel light and cheap but it does work way better than expensive mats they sell you at the yoga place. No matter how much I sweat on it during hot yoga, I do not need a towel and it never got slippery. Love it! This is my go to mat and I recommend it to everyone!

Update: It has been several months and this mat is seriously the absolute best. I don't slip at all even during pilates when I get all sweaty. Highly recommend.For cleaning: do not use soap and water, I typically just spray it with disinfectant and maybe some essential oil mist. I don't usually drop anything besides water on it. For dirt, you can wipe it away with a very lightly damp towel or just brush it off.I love this mat. The material is soft and is grippy even when you sweat. It is a longer mat than normal mats. I love the colors and the ease of the strap that comes with the mat. I have had several foam mats before and each one rips after so long. This mat is also thick so if you do a lot of stuff on your knees or elbows it doesn't hurt on hard ground.This is best mat I've ever had and so glad I purchased it.

Bought as a gift. A bit more expensive than I’d normally buy, but it was a gift from my kid’s to my wife (my daughter researched them online) good all rounder, whether it’s used for a rigorous workout or yoga session, it is a very comfortable mat. It is not like the synthetic ones that stick to you if you are sweating, If you take your sessions seriously, buy the best you can afford.

Mat arrived faster than expected. It's a lovely design and feels great.
