The pre-cut foam inside is in very small sections so it's easy to pluck out complex shapes to store different (small) items. The foam in the lid is more eggbox shape, however, so if you're using it for quite small things (eg Dremel bits), there's a risk that they will jump around even when the lid is closed. That apart, it feels really solid and the foam is easy to shape to what you want.

Was expecting a higher quality product if I'm honest, the clasps feel weak and it doesn't seem to close tight all through way around. And, randomly it had an empty S22 phone box stuffed behind the foam?

I bought this case to replace a fifty-year old one that housed my technical drawing instruments. The foam in the old one had deteriorated to the point of dust, hardly conducive to the good maintenance of the instruments it contained. This new case is both robust and light-weight, perfect for what I need.

Good product and perfect for my expanding flashlight collection. Pick and pluck was easy to use and meant that I could set up the case in the perfect configuration. The only negative was that the foam in the lid is a bit thin and keeps falling out. Not a deal breaker by any standards and I would recommend this produxt.

This case offers great value and ideal space for pocket knives and torches. The pre-cut “pick and pluck” is excellent, though leaving a single line of foam isn’t that solid.Sturdy build but could do with a handle.

I bought this box, not for tools, but to store N Gauge model locomotives etc. For this task, the product is perfect for me. The case is well made, sturdy and easy to adapt having 'pick & pluck' foam inserts. Great value too - highly recommend!

I used this to create a personalised iPhone video kit. It fits all three Zeiss exolenses with the bracket, a manfrotto LED light, a camera case, one rode video micro, and several other loose accessories, filters and brackets. Solid and at an excellent price point. Only gripe is that I would like to go back and reshuffle the foam cubes in the future, maybe a replacement pad to rework or replace... otherwise could use some glue and put some sections back together...
