Just go by height, really
It's warm and fluffy and I love it! As far as sizing goes: I wasn't sure if to buy a medium or large and went for the medium. It fits well, it sits about 3-4 inches over my ankles if that makes sense. It could be longer but I like it that way. The length of the arms are ideal. Other than that it is very baggy and looks just right. I think if I had bought the large I would've drowned in it. I am 5'5 and about 160 lbs.

Fan freakin tastic!
MY DAUGHTERS FREAKIN LOVED IT! I bought them both one for Christmas and they jumped around the house laughing and giggling. They even wear them to school for pajama day. Heck, they'll wear them just for the fun of it at school. The other kids have started getting them too lol. I'm glad I bought them. They are true to size. So if your child wears an adult SM.. get a SM.

I bought this for my son, he absolutely loves this .. it is so soft and it is so cute! He loves this! He wears an xl and that’s what I bought him, this fits big which he absolutely loves!

Excellent onsie.
Bought for a drinking party. Very warm, I am now using it as pajamas in my cold apartment. Not the easiest to go to the bathroom in, but I didn’t love the onsies I saw with the drop seat. Soft and fluffy—others I saw at the party weren’t as nice quality. The super low crotch (a common onesie feature) does make walking up stairs slightly less comfortable which I noticed after the fire alarm went off mid-drinking game... Overall, A-

Daughter loved it.
My daughter loved it. We got her a sm and she is 12. A little baggy but it didn’t hang on her. It looked cute all around. Got it as a Halloween costume. Everyone laughed. It’s now pjs and they are warm she says. Will order another animal next year

Absolutely worth the price
I'm a tall girl, 5’9 around 175cm. This is totally long enough for me. And the fabric is sooooo soft. Absolutely love it. I bought another one for my niece, she loves it too.

Highlight of our onesie party.
Matches description and was super warm for our end of the year onesie party. Liked it so much that I break it out every now and then to lounge in when the temps drop.
