I've completed this book within a single day. It is not because you're reading a review from an impatient (or enthusiastic) reader, but because this book sings the song of its readers*. The flow and language of the book are remarkable!*Note: Here, 'scars' refer to 'sort of soil from heartbreaks'. Now, if it doesn't resonate with you, then I don't think you should wait further. But, if it does, then you can follow my words :)Now, I wanna clear the difference between my opinions about this book and other book(s) of the same theme. I give it a 5 star here, because I feel the author speaks mostly from her heart and she's being quite straight and unapologetic in her approach, while some of other books' tones are strategic (mainly rating and review oriented). Now, when one speaks from the heart, an avid reader can pick it up. After all, we're not dense (lol).At first, I thought to share some of my favorite words (from the book) here but as I progressed, it became too difficult to jot down few as every page was challenging the previous one (in a good way). This book is not an one-time adventure but a caring friend to whom you want to return everytime your HEALING needs it.

Very useful material

I was so excited to finally get my hands on this book. But it came a little damaged as the cover page was not of great quality. Then when I went through the book i realised it was pirated. It has ink splashes here and there and the page and cover quality is poor and the page alignment is also not as the original one. Pls don't buy it. It's not the original copy. Hope this helps!!

So beautifully healing! Every adult struggling with life needs to read this!Absolutely love how the author reiterates in a gentle yet empowering way to “stay soft”. I also can’t agree more with the author that it is a shame that today’s society perceives being soft and gentle as weak; because that is in fact the hardest thing to stop the “domino of hurt”, to not let the cruelty of this world turn you into something you’re not, and to be able to love, give and believe as if you’re still an innocent child.We’ve built many walls through life, but we also have the power to melt them all, stay soft, stay gentle, and be the reason someone else believes in light in this world.
