Great product to use ! Heres some thing that you need to get not included :-primer and dehydrator-e drill (not necessary but very helpful)- gel polish (i recommend getting the beetles kit comes with lots of stuff)- multiple files

I lost my big toenail on my right foot.....it never grew back because of the lymphedema i have on my lower leg. So I wanted to put a GEL X on it...... It came out really nice. I decided to put all Gel X nails on all my toes on the right foot. It was so easy I couldn't believe it. The UV lamp however is not strong enough so I used a different light. That's why I knocked off a star. Everything else in the kit worked great!! The nails fit perfectly for my toes. I do need to buy more bits .....but there's enough to prep ur toes nicely.

This kit contains everything you need to do a complete set of nails except color polish.Nails: The nails are long & have are very round, they are almost like a c nail. There is a slight curve at the apex otherwise the nails are straight. They are long, as well, but can cut to the size you desire.Nail cutter: I was very surprised at how sturdy and sharp these were. They cut off the nail in one punch and it was cut clean with no edges left.Glue: This glue was amazing! It was very thick, the perfect consistency to stay where you put it with no drips but was easy to push with nail. I am going on almost a week after setting up and tearing down for a craft show; I also spent 2 days planting with my hands in dirt and I only had 1 nail come loose. I have a nail that was damaged and is about 1/4 of an inch long. I have had the worst time keeping a tip on but it hasn't budged with this glue. Very impressive.U.V. light: This light is very strong for such a small piece. It works the same as the larger u.v. lights but allows you to put your nail tips on straight. The design allows for you to be able to put your finger under the light while holding the tip on with the other hand. Most lights that have a slight curve don't allow that extra room and the nail always goes on crooked.Nail files: These are great heavy-duty files. One to easily shape your nails and another to buff them.I was given this for free to test and review. I have used their kits before, and the glue and light are both better than the original one I tried. When I run out, I will purchase this brand. Having products that perform well save you so much time not only in the process of putting them on, but they are longer lasting.

Cheap nail clipper broke on first use. Everything else works great

These tips are thinner near the cuticle and stronger near the tip. This is great because it helps the nail not lift. This is the perfect kit for just starting gel x nails, which is perfect for me!

These are so good! I’ve used a lot of different nail glues for toes and this one has stayed two weeks already and no budging. Through work/ gym they still stayed. 100% would repurchase

When I put my full set on, I had no issues. Then, the hand that I did that last started lifting. I keep in mind one hand did great no lifting and lasted two weeks . I gave it the benefit of the doubt that it was me. When I started to replacing the nails, the light would not come on. I reached out to customer service, they didn’t address the fact that the light was out, but accused me of not putting the nails on correctly and prepping. I then had to email them again reminding them that the light wasn’t working. They informed me that the light was not in stock and so they wanted to take 15% off the purchase price. I responded that I felt they should give me 50% because the products useless without the light and for the frustration of having to deal with this. Would you want to walk around with one hand completely finished and the other hand not finished? Personally, with all the hassle that I’ve had to go through a real customer service would’ve just given me the product refund. I’m not looking for anything free, but this has been a hassle to deal with. I had to go ahead and order another light because I couldn’t let my hand go and finished until they got this resolved. They still say they want to give me 15%. If I were you, I would go with another company. Yes the product is good however, customer service is terrible. The last thing you want to have to deal with is poor customer service when you have one finished hand and one hand that is not. I suggest that you go ahead and get a good quality light if you’re going to do your nails at home regardless of the product that you buy. You don’t want to be in the middle of a set and not have a light to work with. They are plenty of nail kits on Amazon. Go with one that has good customer service that’s worth it’s weight in gold.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this product is 100% worth it. Other gel x extensions barely last past a week. These last me up to a full month with proper prep. Love them so much 😍 they’re sturdy and don’t lift. Just wish it was easier to get my hands on the extensions without buying the whole set

The media could not be loaded. Held for 2 hours, really? The glue came halfway dry.Update Nov.1, 2022, the lamp broke after 3rd use. Don't buy it at all. Good for single use.2nd opinion march 12 2023I think I've misused the product, therefore it gave me a mediocre result. Will definitely recommend knowing how to use the glue and prep your nail for better longevity.

Like most people here, I agree these are not top notch tips. They are a little more flexible, and prone to cracking if you try to cut too quickly, or are not using a tip cutter. HOWEVER, by etching the inside of the tips (I use my nail drill with a sanding band) AND using just a normal gel base coat, instead of the “gel glue” (the one I use is by Beetles) the tips stay on like a dream. No lifting, no damage, 2 weeks plus. I also use a dehydrator and primer, by modelones. And I wear the medium square tips at full length, and am not gentle on my nails.I usually apply gel base and top coat under the tip on the free edge as well for additional strength (again, make sure to etch!), and use gel color polishes as well (after buffing the shine off the tip), which makes them feel salon quality. I have not had one fall off or peel off, and generally any lifting is right at the cuticle and due to improper prep.For a starting kit? This is great. Make sure to pick up a couple extras tho, like dehydrator, primer, and gel base and top coats. I would also recommend a larger & more powerful lamp for a full cure - even a 10$ makartt one.
