These are very good quality toner cartridges which comes individually wrapped in their own plastic bag.So the first package which arrived, I am not sure what had happened, but it looked like the cyan toner had blown up inside the plastic bag so I returned the entire package.Once the second package arrived I had no issues.The only thing which I did not like was the fact that I had to replace all of the cartridges in order to get my printer to work, so I guess that if you have a cartridges from different brands the printer does not like it.But I think that this is more of a printer issue than a cartridge issue. Any how once they were all replaced I was able to print fine with no smears or shadows.

This works perfectly with Samsung (hp) Press SL-C410W Color Laser Printer. Unless I'm printing something for work, I like to get every last drop of ink from the cartridges that I can so first I changed the BLACK cartridge. First I gently "shook" it from side to side per instructions, then I opened the package. Removed the existing cartridge from slot and pushed this one into place. It takes the machine a minute to register the item and then - print away! I did not receive any errors messages or have any complications. Four days later, I replaced the original Yellow cartridge with this purchase. Same process, same perfect results. No issues. As for the print, I can tell you it prints darker and a little "heavier" than Samsung overpriced ink but that is not an issue for me. It's a little less "refined", for lack of a better word however, it does its job and if you didn't experience anything different, you wouldn't notice. Perfect product for my C410W and far more reasonably priced.

July 20, 2019 ; My Samsung C460 printer is telling me that it is NOT Compatible! Returning it.Sept. 09, 2019 : After returning and receiving the refund, the customer relations has reached out with an apology. They also asked me to try it again with the new cartridge and I agree to try it out. Upon receiving, the installation was as easy as it can be and my Samsung C460 printer accepted with no issue. I printed all the backed-up projects in the last 4 days and the print quality is just as clear, sharp and vibrant as the factory OEM for one fourth the price. I recommend it!

Initially I rated this product as a 3 star because of the blinking light issue. The company immediately responded to my concern and quickly sent out replacements that work perfectly. In light of my experience with this company and product I now feel that they have earned a five star rating. I truly appreciate how well I was treated as their customer and I will be purchasing their products in the future.The product is fairly priced, easy to install and it works well except that the status light continues to blink red. The printer prints, but apparently whatever on the replacement cartridges that is supposed to reset the status light does not work on these cartridges. Hopefully that is not an indication of problems to come with the cartridges Other than that it so far has been a good product, if the status light would have reset I would have more confidence in the longevity of the product.

Frustrated with very expensive Samsung refill cartridges, that encourage you to 'recycle' with no finanacial incentive (just drop off at office depot for some money at least) and having worked in the cartridge recylcing industry before, I nervously purchased the 4 set of cartridges. While all the horror stories said - dont replace all at once, I only needed to replace 2 cartridges off the bat.On turning the printer on, the dreaded RED light!. After turning the printer on and off the red light dissapeared and the printer started to behave like it should and I as able to print pages again.The print quality is not perfect. The Samsung cartridges were always a little pastel, never being a vibrant ink. These cartridges are much darker and a more saturated color, but not as well color matched.In the end I believe that I can calibrate out the differences of the new toner and get back to a more color neutral output, but for what I want (right now simple charts, diagrams and reports) these cartridges more than meet my expectations and I will certainly be ordering more from this manufacturer as I need them in the future.

I followed the directions and was sure that the cartridges were fully inserted, worked just fine with no errors. These were actual Sumsung cartridges with part of the name removed so I think they were re manufactured which is perfectly fine in this case. They were clean without toner all over the place. They were shipped with nice fitting covers and individually wrapped in a well protected box. I wouldn't hesitate buying these again.

The cartridges work great once you get pass installation. I took my old cartridges out and put the new ones in and my printer said I was out off toner. I put the old cartridges back in and the printer said I was almost out of toner. Okay, so I did some wiggling and power off and on. I open and closed the access several times. I powered off again and restarted. No help. Would not read the new cartridges. Then I did something unorthodox. I put new cartridges in three slots and an old cartridge (magenta) in one. Low and behold the printer indicated 3 full cartridges and one almost empty one. I left it like this for 2 weeks. Printed with no problems. After two weeks I replaced the old magenta cartridge with the new one and the printer was able to see all 4 cartridges almost full. This is almost a black art to getting these cartridges to be accepted by the printer. Right now everything works and the print outs are great. I worked with the supplier and they were very responsive. They sent me out a new magenta cartridge I don't think I need anymore. I don't know what the problem is or if it mattered which of the 4 cartridges to leave out. I do know it works, so I'm happy. I would buy from the same company. However, I recommend you use the cartridges as soon as possible to make sure you have the option to return them if you need to.

I am very impressed with the price and quality. I was unsure as to how they would work, but I have been using for a year now and still haven't run out of ink. The colours are great and pretty accurate. I definitely would purchase these again.

Bought this cheaper replacement last year October and only installed yellow toner today. Unfortunately, it came up as incompatible. I was preparing to contact the seller to request a replacement but before that decided to try it out a few times. The chip inside is always the same so unless there is a fault with tonner it will eventually work.After pulling it out and putting back in (including restart step of the printer) it came up on the 4th try and is working perfectly. Also, I recommend replacing tonner one at the time and cycle above process till the printer is able to recognise tonner and print.I recommend this product.

Although they do not look exactly like my original cartridges that came with the printer, straight from the company, the cartridges fo seem like the right ones. I opened one to see if it will fit, and it fits perfectly, but I have not printed anything so far. If it fits, i assume it would print as it should. Thank you.

This seller was offering these ink cartridges for far less than the competition so I thought I’d try them. I was expecting them not to work very well but I’m completely impressed! We’ve been using these ink cartridges for several weeks now. My wife is back in school and has to print documents regularly. The quality/colour is perfect. When she needs more, there will be no hesitation in buying again - thank for for making this product very affordable!!! 👍😇
