There so many positive things I can say about this hairstyler. 1. You can grab the barrel of the iron when it is turn and it doesn’t matter what setting it’s on. I can even place it directly on my carpet. It is definitely safe to around babies and toddlers it has only 2 heat settings curl and straight which in my opinion that is all you truly need to and it’ll still do an amazing job.It would be a benefit to the product if it had a quick release button to lease the hair from the barrel. Currently you can get you hair suck pretty scary good. There is a technique to do it. Just follow the instructions that come with the box2 it comes with pretty decent instructions it was easy enough to follow and I got pretty good results. I have very fine thick hair so I have to grab very small sections or else my hair will get stuck but those very small sections looks really great!!3 the length of the cord feel very appropriate and I like the texture of the cord and a very huge bonus that the cord swivel around 360 *4 it is prefect size for travel it’s not to small but it fits the effortlessly in my purse5 it looks like it over a $100 for it6 I love how you have to press and release a lever to straighten hair. Hate those hair straighteners that look like cooking tongs. After I get a quarter of my hair done my had would cramp up but not with this one. I am curling and straightening my hair with easy for the first time I love this 2-1 hair style iron.

If you like hair curling irons with auto timer shut off or a simple built in button to turn it off, this is not for you. This is suitable for those who miss the return window and now, awkwardly on a daily basis, grow frustratedly accustomed to plugging this device into the wall socket and then have to remember to unplug it or, my current trend of reminding myself before leaving the house, to back upstairs and recheck that I did in fact - unplug it from the wall outlet. Also, If you like hair curling devices that heat up to abnormally high temperatures that could burn your hair off, this is it. Just use the highest setting and wa-la, task complete. Potential bonus -This could easily press wrinkles out of a tie in a pinch. Just remember to unplug it!

This is one of the handiest tools I've bought! It's very easy to use either way and has 3 temp settings so I don't fry my hair. Easy to pack and take on trips.

I love the duality of this. If I have to pack advice for my hair, I usually go with my mini straightener, but I think I'm going to go with this in the future.For starters, the curling brush part is stellar. I have very long, medium-thick hair, and though I'm not going to curl my hair around this brush like I would a curling iron or curling wand, it does do an excellent job of creating a wave just but brushing through a strand. If I want more of a curl, I would use the straightener part and move it in a rotation, but I know that I'm not going to get the same kind of curl that I would with a typical barrel iron. That's ok, though, because I like the look of a subtle wave that the curling brush gives me anyway.Now, regarding the straightener: I don't think it clamps tightly enough. Obviously I don't want it clamping so tightly that it grips my hair like a vice, but I feel like my hair glides through the plates far too loosely and easily. I typically have to gather larger strands in order for there to be enough fullness that the heat applies, but honestly, it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal. It does straighten, but not as fast as I typically can do it with my other straightener, and I find myself adjusting how I straighten my hair in order to do a decent job.

I was very disappointed in this product. Have only had it since September 26th and at first I was very pleased then by November I noticed the handle had become loose then today it fell apart as I had it in my hair

As a 4C hair type, I was sincerely hopeful that this could have been a useful solution to helping with my hair because it is a Curling Iron Hair Straightener and Curler 2 in 1, but I was wrong. Because of the thickness of my hair, the curling Iron got wedged when I attempted to run it through my hair. Luckily I had it set to the lowest heat setting at 370F as a test to see how it would perform first. I believe it goes to as high as 420F.Overall I love the concept of having these two things integrated into one, But it might be tricky for any of the hair variations that are 4A and above (thicker with shrinkage and less definition).Major Pros :The shape is uniqueThe chord connection has a swivel instead of a fixed spot so its easy to rotate and operate.Major Cons:No off switch? you have to unplug it to turn it off

Okay I really wanted to like this hair tool but it’s a little intimidating to use. It has three heat settings and it heats up pretty instantly. There is a straighter in the centre which works great thats why I gave this tool three stars. If I was using this is a straighter it works great! I don’t get the purpose of the comb portion!!!It doesn’t heat up and even if I comb my hair through the piece after using the straightener portion of this tool.. it does nothing. I thought this would give me the bouncy curls that have been really trendy since the dyson but it doesn’t.And please please don’t do what I did and wrap your hair in the straightener and then wrap it around the comb portion. My hair got tangled in the comb while half of it was wrapped in the straighter heating up at level three heat and I thought I was going to lose a chunk of my hair!!! Thankfully I unplugged the whole tool and my hair was fine lolMy dislike for this product could be human error maybe I just don’t know how to use it but it’s not my favourite tool
