I used this theme for my great niece 16 birthday and wished I’d read the reviews before buying all the extras I did . This was a ok kit but just not well made . I wasn’t even able to use hardly anything I bought, don’t know how to contact someone to get a credit for all the stuff that I wasn’t able to use because money is hard to come by and if things don’t work it’s a waste of money . I have a bunch that isn’t used because of a defect nor we couldn’t figure it out or wouldn’t stick . I’ve tried to email but no response

I ordered this for my daughters 8th birthday party which is tomorrow. It arrived on time as scheduled, but I waited until the day before to open everything to get it ready. Packaging looked fine so I didn’t question it. Upon opening it reeked of cigarette smoke. The table cloth was used and missing one, there napkins were used, the plates were missing as well as letters from the birthday banner.
