Kikkoman Poke Sauce, 5 Lb 4 Oz (Pack of 1)

After spending a zillion dollars buying Poke Bowls at the grocery stores & restaurants, I decided to learn how to make them on my own. They were a big hit with my family and their friends would ask to come over on the nights that I made them.I big time saver was buying this pre-made sauce... It allowed me to concentrate on the rice and getting all the other ingredients ready. It tastes good, although I learned not to marinate the fish in the sauce (it got to sweet and the texture was all gloppy) but instead have them mix it right before going into the rice bowl.My only complaint is that this way too much for most people to use in even a year. I wish they would come out with a 16 oz version so you could use it up before it spoils.
