I bought the non GPS model and am VERY pleased. It was nice out of the box but at 1 Watt minimum I wanted to use less power as my Pi_Star hotspot is in the same room. So the GD-77 firmware was flashed to it and it's now using .25 watts and I can even to down to 10 mW. This thing rocks and sounds better then my Anytome 868 that I sold and missed,,,,until I got this in my hands.

Here to purchase my second radio! Very happy with the price point, quality, and functionality! Used in the snow, mud, dust, and rain. Solid construction. Performed well in negative temperatures, as well as 100° weather.

Audio is clear and no hisses unlike my anytone 878. Its working great at the moment so i am keeping it. Hard to program but once you learn its so easy to do. This is a plus version and 5 watts max transmission.

Works well on DMR, Ham & GMRS frequency’s

Good feel. Decent audio. Programs easily with the CPS. ONLY THING, buy the 380 instead. It’s the same radio internally. It programs with the 380 CPS, the 390 CPS doesn’t recognize the radio.

The radio is nice in the hand and physically works well. The firmware was lacking so flashed it to OpenGD77 and is much better on FM and DMR.
