Good product
I like how you get two different wraps as well as slip covers. I use one pack in the freezer and the other is used for heat. I love the cold wrap as I know longer have to ACE wrap a cold compress to my body. The heat pack is good, but be sure to use the slipcover as the material can get very hot after only 30 seconds. Once warm, it feels nice to secure it on my head. Another heads up (which I believe the manufacturer notes) is to watch your heat times. I heated the wrap for 30 seconds, and about 5 minutes later, I put it in for another 20 seconds - the wrap started to get a very tight bloat. Once removed from the microwave, it went back to normal within a couple minutes.

Junk, useless
Not enough gel in the gel pack for the head. The gel is filled for only 1/2 of the application area so there is only enough for one side of the head. The eye pack plastic straps have very sharp edges that feel like they're going to cut your fingers when applying.

Love That it molds around my eyes or forehead depending where the pain is. Also blocks out the light. So cheap for the value.
