When you don't know what's behind the wall...
I wanted to attach a heavy storage system to a plasterboard wall in my typical UK development timber frame house. It's impossible to know what's behind the wall, and sometimes going with the timber frame isn't an ideal option. These nifty thingies make is possible to get a grip on almost anything with a cavity. Just watch out for insulation getting in your way. Super duper, holding up strong. A very well-priced solution to a tricky problem!

Bigger drill hole size required
Not M8 drill size. Much thicker. Seems sturdy, strong but couldn't make it work on my wall as I didn't want to keep increasing the drill hole size further. It's cheap but not as easy to use in my opinion.

Atmos height speakers into plasterboard ceiling
If you want to install bookshelf speakers onto a plasterboard ceiling these may do the job. My speakers are about 5kgs and the brackets themselves over 500g and the large set of these have gone in easily and with 2 per speaker they feel very sturdy. The weak point feels to be the speaker screwed to the bracket rather than the bracket screwed to the plasterboard ceiling with these bolts. Great price too.

Solid and does the job
Spent far too long looking for a solution to hang my sliding door. Most of these styles were screws not bolts and I needed the latter given design of the sliding door. It weighs a lot (1m wide glass) and these have held very steady with zero given for the last few months!

Qualité OK
Belle petite invention.
