I work at a summer camp and occasionally we have downtime to fill. We used to just do cards or games, but this was one of the best purchases we’ve made in a long time. Allows me to have a bit more free time, quietness, and it’s really easy to start. Just tell the kids they can have 15 minutes to work on their bracelets, and then it’s like 15 minutes of silence. Genius!As for the actual string, it’s great! The 50 pack is enough for several weeks of kids, and it doesn’t really get tangled, because we have a box to keep it in, instead of the bag. I haven’t had any complaints yet about the bracelets breaking, or the color fading, so it’s great. Very soft string and bright colors.

Purchased these for our summer campers to make friendship bracelets. There is a good variety of colors and a good amount of floss for the price.

This thread is stunning! I am a fan of making bracelets and this thread gets the job done. While reading other reviews I have noticed that many people are unhappy that they didn't receive black or white thread. But, if you look at the picture, there are 50 colors and none of them are black or white. So, if you need black/white thread you should purchase a different product. In my case, I wanted the colors, they are high quality and so gorgeous. It's so hard to pick my favorite color combination to make bracelets with! These threads are a must have summer item!!

For the price and what you get, you can't really complain. My 12 year old ordered these for friendship bracelets and it will work well for that. I'd never try to use this for cross stitch though. It's definitely cheaper quality than I would prefer, but she's happy with the amount of colors for the price. 1 star off because only 49 skeins were sent instead of 50. If you advertise 50, then I dunno, uh, send 50?

I love these colors and I would buy them again. I do a lot of Hand embroidery and a lot of slow stitching. The floss is strong and holds very well and looks amazing On denim jackets and jeans

These threads work great in my daughter's loopdeedo! We've already made several different types of bracelets from all the color choices!

The colors between packages do not match properly. The darker green in the picture doesn’t exist in the second package I got and the lighter green is off by a noticeable amount. I bought a second pack of this floss because I was running out of these 2 colors and another. However, I was extremely disappointed when the colors I needed were not the same.The thread itself I have no complaints about. There is a variety of shiny vs matte in various colors. It holds up well for cross stitching and I am overall pleased with the outcome of my projects. The matte flosses do seem to fray if I use too long of a piece but I don’t know of any thread that lasts any better in this application. The shiny floss holds up way better and doesn’t tangle nearly as easily.Some of the matte threads are very stiff with all 6 strands but in double they aren’t hard to work with as long as the strands aren’t too long or they fray and tangle.I would certainly purchase these again in the future for a variety of projects but will look at other brands (DMC for sure) when I need consistent colors for bigger projects.

I didn't really know what to expect when I ordered these threads but they really exceeded my expectations! I haven't washed anything yet to see if it is colour-fast, but the threads themselves are smooth, silky and they appear really strong. The colour-range is also amazing!
