**Q: which flavor is best?**
A: has anyone tried the tropic thunder or smash apple?

i've tried... 

1) blue raspberry- definitely my favorite! has the sweetness upfront and a nice raspberry tart aftertaste. i usually gravitate to blue sports drinks to begin with.

2) mango madness / watermelon- both good and exactly what they should taste like, mango and watermelon.

3) lemon lime- bought it for the lady and she loved it... not my flavor profile but it was well made.

4) strawberry kiwi- i felt this one was the hardest to adapt too. had too much of that bcaa powder taste. i purchased just because it was the cheapest one. you get what you pay for with these things.


if you've never had any of these products i will advise they will all taste a little sweeter than you may be use to. I despise overly sweeten liquids unless we are talking about natural fruit juices (and even then i am cautious). I only put water, coffee, beer, wine, whiskey, and more water in my body... with that said I was able to adapt to the sweetness of these drinks (strawberry kiwi not so much). 

I recommend them, they have improved the quality of my workouts. I do mostly functional weight training (kettlebell, heavy club, sandbags) and some HIIT with dbs and bbs. For cardio i play some fairly intense beach volleyball 2v2... These products have helped my performance especially in the brutal sun at the beach.

Also, I do recommend taking this product twice a day as they suggest. At first I did not, thinking that was a way to get the consumer to purchase more of the product. Yes and no... it made a difference when i stuck to two servings everyday. Do it if you can afford too.

**Q: How is the product so sweet if it has no sugar?**
A: Sucralose has been shown to increase insulin resistance by 20-25% I have now decided to go away from any products with artificial sweeteners.

**Q: Is this vegan friendly?**
A: It’s a very friendly bcaa, I assume it’s friendly for vegans as well.

**Q: Is this a different formula than a few years ago? because someone told me the "Cancer Warning" was Not on the label anymore.**
A: Yes, formula and taste changed. Original Green Apple was amazing! It's now called Smash Apple and it's chalky and gross.

Firstly make sure you are wanting bcaas and not aminos. I wanted/searched for aminos but didn't read the title and bcaas came up so I was already disappointed (my mistake for not reading every search suggestion). As far as bcaas go, recovery is great and I would recommend based on this (not as great as animos though). In terms of flavour, it's seems a little like medicine mixed with a cherry flavoured lipgloss! Not sure if I would recommend based on the flavour alone, it's not the nicest Xtend flavour but if you are wanting something a little different give it a go.

歳をとったので栄養補給と体のダメージ補強に飲んでます。味？チェリーキャンディ味ってかいてあるでしょ？駄菓子都下で着色料全開！添加物全開！　毒？知らないです　最強にジャンク味が好きなら　大丈夫甘さが口に残るので、甘さ強つよが苦手な方はパスでお願いします。私は？　好きです仕事が動いてる時間が長く　筋肉痛がひどく　治りが遅かった為飲みだしたら、まぁ効く効く栄養補助と体のケアーに良いと思い買いましたが、完飲した為　別味再度　注文しました。良いです　軽く運動した後にも良いと思います。筋肉痛の治りが良かったのでお勧めします。
