Lovely mug nice design. The seller contacted me to ask did I want a personal message or the same design printed on the back of the mug (or front if you're left handed). This was great as most mugs only have the design one one side. Delivery was fast...about. 3 or 4 days, which was pretty speedy for a personalised item. My only criticism is that the mug is rather small, more like a childs size I would say. This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. It was a present for my Mum who likes big mugs so she is using it as a pen pot on her kitchen windowsill.

Excellent customer service. I had only put details for the front and was contacted to see if I wanted to add a message on the back or duplicate the front as it looked better than leaving it plain. Arrived quickly and really pleased 😊
