This is a very solid kilt. The pockets are a good size and it's well made.

The listing says that these are made of a machine-washable material. It is 100% cotton jean material with 13 oz acrylic tartan wool (80% acrylic, 20% wool) for the blocked insets. The material clearly matches the description. These are great quality. I'm very pleased with that.The tags clearly state dry clean only. That's my one gripe. I wanted machine-washable for convenience, but if they are not, that's very inconvenient and not what I thought I had ordered. I'm contacting the seller on this point for a clarification.Also, whether or not it matters to anyone, these are labeled as made in Pakistan. I know that I've had really great quality items that were made in Pakistan before, so the quality is not surprising. I love the look and fit, but these need to be machine-washable or quite durable to be worth the purchase, in my opinion.Whether they are machine-washable or not, I will be washing them in my machine on a gentle cycle and hanging them to dry. At the great price point, if they last a year, that's good enough to consider the cost worth it. We'll see.Purchased 3 colors/styles in a size 36.

The kilt itself is fine quality, it definitely looks cool and it's comfortable. I have no complaints there.However, I ordered a 54 and they sent a 58. The bag itself was clearly labeled "58", and when I tried it on, it was way too big. So I contacted the company and asked how I could sort this issue out.In their first response, they said basically "You ordered a 54 and we sent a 54, thanks and goodbye". So I sent them pictures of the kilt and the bag. They responded by saying they were actually out of 54s so they couldn't replace it, but if I bought a belt from them they'd give me a 50% refund on the belt.FWIW the belt does keep it on (I'm a serial kilter, I already have belts), albeit with some unsightly gather around the waist. I wouldn't mind having another with this particular style, but I'm not about to roll the dice with this company a second time after that customer experience.
