I always sleep on my side and at the bottom of a normal pillow. I was sleeping bad and getting a crick in my neck from sleeping wrong. I bought a couple different pillows trying to figure out what would help. This pillow is perfect. I love it so much I was worried I’d sleep wrong on vacation so I packed it. When I’m sleeping a I roll the pillow rotates with my neck so I stay on the pillow and sleep good.

Works well to relieve pressure on neck and shoulder while sleeping on side. Well made too!

Have been struggling with pain in my shoulder. After trying some stuff unsuccessfully it was time for an mri: partial tear, rotator cuff. PT for a couple months. As I finalize that treatment and still am suffering pain or being uncomfortable while sleeping (not enough hours per night) the specialist recommended me to buy a pregnancy pillow or something like this one. I have been using it for a bit over a week. I do feel less pressure when sleeping on the bad side, but since I move a lot,, found it a bit bulky to move around in order to acommodate my arm under it each time on each side. It does help, and probably my neck while I sleep is a bit more aligned... at least for now, the main purpose of me getting it for a better sleep feeling less uncomfortable has only been achieved partially. The product looks good quality and probably lasts. And don't want to blame the product for me and all my movement at night, therefore only removing one star from the rating. I hope it works better for you all.
