AES Industries1/4" Arbor Drill Adapter with 5/16"-24 Thread Female End

This is a good adapter, but I was told the wrong size to order, and sent it back.Looks like a good tool though. I would have kept it if it were the right size

Fit my project and now I can complete my work. Has held up great.

I got a buffing pad that came with a thread from Harbor Freight. This product made it a piece of cake to use with my drill.

Exactly as advertised. Works great.

This was hard to find, but it is just the thing for fitting a velcro foam backing pad to a drill. I have a Griott's Garage polisher, which foam backing pads fit onto with their embedded bolt/stud. In order to use a 3 inch backing pad (designed for the polisher) on a drill, you need something like this, to covert the threaded stud into a smooth shaft that will fit into a drill. It works well.

Bought this so I could use the sanding and polishing discs for an air polisher in my cordless impact tool. Works perfectly.

The arbor is well made and substantial. There were no burrs and the threads were clean and 3/4" deep. If I were to say it any shortcomings it might be the shank (11/16") could stand to be a little longer. The other arbor I own is 15/16" and feels a little more secure when in the drill; a very minor point.The thing that keeps it from being "as advertised" is the picture for this product. What I received has no flange. Makes no difference in how the arbor does its job but I can't figure why they're using the wrong picture for their ad.Anyway, it is a good product and worth the purchase.

Purchased this to use with the 4" smart eraser pad. I never used it because I also purchased a Whizzy Wheel decal eraser and their wheels comes with a arbor and theirs also fits the 4" Smart Eraser pad. But, if I would had not purchased the Whizzy Wheel eraser then I would have need this. In my opinion it should be included when you purchase the 4" Smart Eraser pad. But, it's not you have to spend the extra money to buy one.
