Easy to install
This is fast and dead easy to put down, you do have to cover it with cardboard if you have to stand on it before tiling though as it will dent easily. Its way easier to use than putting in a mud pan! I can see why the industry has gone to using this. It also saves lots of time as mud pans take a couple days at least. Yes, it costs more but it saves so much time!

The best
I've been a professional tile installer for over 20 years and this system is by far the best way to create a shower bed!It would take me 2 to 3 days to have a old fashioned dry pack base tile ready. This product is done in a few hours!
