Drink more water
When I started drinking this tea I felt pain in my head for a couple of days. On the package it said I needed to drink a lot of water. I'm not a big water drinker but I forced myself just to see if the pain goes away and it did! Now I am still drinking this tea with at least a few glasses of water every day. I feel great! Slowly but surely the weight is going down so I'm happy. The headache was probably because my body was being detoxicated. So to everyone who will drink this tea I recommend to drink more water.

Good quality, good price
Great tasting detox tea that works gently and is priced right. I had previously been buying from one of those MLM auto-ship detox tea companies. It was good too but not worth the $60 they charged every month! The HerbaFrame is great and the price fits my wallet better.

I'm about half way through on the 14 days. First day I drank 2 cups and got a bad headache. Day 2 no headache. Love that It has helped me with energy and also keeps me regular. I would recommend this product.

i really liked this tea
i really liked this tea. The flavor was not too strong, just right. It kept my tummy from bloating and keeps me feeling pretty good throughout the day. I have replaced my coffee with this tea. I replaced the skinnyfit tea with this tea. I think it is pretty comparable but HerbaFrame is A-LOT less expensive!!! I think anyone would enjoy this.
