I’ll admit, I’m terrible about taking supplements on a daily basis, but I have taken this fairly regularly. I have noticed on two occasions that I have woken up with a sore throat and each time I’ve taken these, my sore throat is gone within a couple of hours.

Easy to take with no weird after taste. I took this when I felt like I was coming down with a cold and it seemed to help ward it off. Highly recommend.

Truly saved my immune health in a crazy winter in the south! With weather all over the place, my sinuses tend to really act up. I took two a day regularly. Would purchase again.
